Jayne Sprafke, LCSW

About Me

My Passion is Empowering
Others with Healing & Growth

Jayne obtained her bachelor’s degree in Communication from Pepperdine University, her Master of Social Work from Boston College, and her Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. After beginning her own recovery, Jayne has been helping individuals with severe mental illness and addictions for more than 35 years. She served as the Pastoral Counselor at Washington Heights Church before coming to Hope Chistian Counseling.

Jayne’s passion is to help individuals overcome obstacles that inhibit their ability to flourish and live with freedom and self-confidence.  She enjoys working with adults struggling with addictions, past traumas, major mental disorders, anxiety, and relationship issues.

Jayne is trained in use of EMDR to assist healing from trauma and life difficulties.

A balance of solitude and social activities is essential for my personal wellbeing. My faith is at the core of my life. I strive to start every morning in prayer and meditation so that I have the grace to follow God’s will. I try to practice the principles of recovery in all areas of my life.

My husband and I enjoy many outdoors activities, traveling, and visiting with family and friends.
