Marriages

Mark is passionate about helping couples achieve healthy and happy marriages. He spent 22 years in the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and understands the challenges associated with military/First Responder life. He and his wife worked with various organizations throughout his USAF career to build and support healthy marriages. After retiring, he returned to the classroom to complete a Marriage and Family Therapy Graduate program.

Mark works with couples and individuals. He is certified in Accelerated Resolution “Trauma” Therapy (ART), is Gottman Level II trained, and works within the Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) methods of treatment.

Mark and his wife, Deborah, enjoy the great outdoors in Utah. Their self-care routine consists of hiking, camping, fishing, and skiing in the mountains. Mark and Deborah were married over 30 years ago and have three adult children.

Trust and commitment build the greatest marriages. Believe in the dependability of your spouse and commit to them your absolute best. You will occasionally be unsuccessful, so pick yourself up, brush yourself off, and commit to try again, trusting they’ll do the same.
